These baked sweet potatoes are absolutely delicious! Right before serving you can add butter and brown sugar. It’s just like having a dessert for dinner.
- 2 sweet potatoes
- C&H Pure can sugar golden brown
- McCormick ground cinnamon
- Morton Iodized salt
- Tillamook butter
Preheat oven to 450 degrees and set the rack to the bottom 1/3 of the oven.
Put the potatoes on a foil lined baking sheet and bake for about 20 minutes. After 20 minutes reduce the heat to 350 and bake for 60 more minutes.
Let cool and serve!
