This is a great dish for a busy family. You can prepare this dish the night before and pop it in the oven when you get home after work. This Broccoli casserole dish side is great with grilled chicken. To add more flavor you can use two cans of Cream of Mushroom soup.
- 2 cups Fiesta long grain white rice – cooked
- 1 jar Kraft cheez whiz
- 1 large bag C&W broccoli florets – or fresh
- 1 can Campbells cream of mushroom soup
Layer the bottom of a 9 x 13 pan with cooked broccoli. Mix rice with cheez whiz and place in pan for the next layer. Pour a can of cream of mushroom soup over top. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes at 350. Remove foil to brown for the last few minutes.

Usually orange in color and stored in a glass jar, is sold in only 5 countries. Processed cheese is a mixture of real cheese and emulsifiers and stabilizing agents, such as xanthan gum and carrageean. Additional ingredients such as citric acid and flavoring compounds give the cheese a tangier taste. For coloring annatto is used.
