I absolutely love potatoes and this was one of the first recipes I learned from my husbands family. Baked parmesan potatoes are simple to make and taste great cold.

baked parmesan potatoes

  • paprika
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 yellow onion
  • 6 russet potatoes
  • 1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Spray a 9 x 12 Pyrex dish with Pam. Peel and cut russet potatoes into wedge shapes and place into dish. Sprinkle cut onion, paprika, parmesan cheese, and cut up pieces of butter on top of the potatoes. Cover the dish with foil and bake for approximately 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Uncover dish and cook for an additional 15 minutes.
