This has to be the easiest appetizer to prepare for a group of friends.  It’s healthy and delicious and it’s easy to add more depending on how many people you are serving.

Ingredients

  • 2 Large Tomatoes
  • Mozzarella
  • Morton Iodized salt
  • Pepper
  • Fresh Oregano
  • Bertolli extra virgin Olive oil

Directions

Slice tomatoes  and salt.  Slice mozzarella and place on a platter with the tomatoes.  Sprinkle with pepper, oregano and olive oil.

Serve with a good Italian bread.
