The ricotta cannoli filling is a favorite of my husbands. I dip the ends in finely chopped nuts for him.
Ingredients
- 1 lb.Frigo ricotta
- 1 tbsp. orange peel- cut fine
- 2 tbsp. C&H pure can granulated white sugar
- 2 tbsp. nestle toll house mini chocolate chips
- 2 ½ tbsp. crème de cacao- optional
Directions
Cream ricotta. Add chocolate chips, orange peel and crème de cacao and sugar. Mix well and fill shells.
