Seafood pasta is a quick meal that you can customize to what you like the best. Add more shrimp if that is what your family favors, or are the clams on sale today?
Ingredients
- Shrimp
- Scallops
- Clams
- Calamari
- 3 cloves garlic- minced
- 1 onion- chopped
- 2 tbsp. chopped parsley
- ½ bottle Snow’s clam juice
- 1 lb. Barilla linguine
Directions
In pan add oil, garlic, onion, parsley and sauté. Add clam juice and water. Let cook. If desired you can add peeled tomatoes. Add seafood, cook until opaque. Cook pasta and add to rest of ingredients. Sprinkle with cheese.
