Rapini has a similar flavor as broccoli but much more pungent. It’s nutty flavor and slightly bitter taste can be quite addictive.

Ingredients

  • Rapini
  • Morton Iodized salt
  • Bertolli extra virgin Olive oil
  • Garlic

Directions

Brown prince flat fillets of anchovies in olive oil or Mezzetta sun-ripened dried tomatoes in olive oil. Clean rapini, cut off ends. Boil in salted water until tender. Drain. Warm olive oil with garlic cloves. Add sautéd anchovy or sun dried tomatoes with the rapini.

Use as a side vegetable dish.
