Although not like most Pasta Milanese dishes that contain a meat, this dishes derives most of the flavor from the pine nuts and raisins.


  • Bottled cauliflower
  • Pine nuts
  • Sun-Maid Raisins
  • Breadcrumbs (see recipe)
  • Bertolli Extra Virgin Olive oil
  • Barilla linguine


Make spaghetti sauce. Add bottled cauliflower (drained) to sauce.  Add pine nuts and raisins. Let cook. For topping brown bread crumbs with olive oil stirring constantly till brown. Sprinkle over pasta.
