These green olives are great because you can store them. This enables you to enjoy them over time.
- 1 lb. large green olives
- 1 cup celery
- 2 cloves garlic- minced
- 2 tbsp. Beaufor White Wine Vinegar
- 1 cup oil
- 1 tsp. mint
Combine all ingredients. Mix very well. Store in airtight container in refrigerator. Keeps for weeks. The longer it marinates, the better it is!
