Soups are always good for cold and rainy days.  Keep warm with this Fish soup.


  • 2 lbs Whiting fish
  • Garlic- sauté or roasted
  • 1 can San Marzano whole Peeled tomatoes
  • Parsley
  • Morton iodized sale/McCormick Ground Black pepper
  • 1 pkg small soup pasta


Place all the ingredients in dutch oven with 3 cups of water. Bring to a boil and let cook.

Drain with a colander when fish is cooked.

Cook ¾ cup pasta. Drain pasta and add to fish.
