This is another of those recipes from my childhood. I can remember eating this crock-pot vegetable soup with pieces of Italian bread dipped in it. This crock-pot vegetable soup is super easy to make and tastes delicious.
- 1 can mixed vegetables
- 1 bag frozen vegetables
- 1 pinch marjoram
- 1 15 oz can skinless tomatoes
- 15 oz water
- 1/2 Spanish onion – chopped
- 3 potatoes – w/out skin and chopped
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 2 lbs beef chuck
- 1 beef bone
Get your crock-pot ready and set on high. Place all the ingredients into the crock-pot and enjoy your vegetable soup in about 5-6 hours. It’s that easy!
