More about Cheesy potatoes

The first potato chip came to be because of an angry customer. George Crum, was a cooks at Moon’s Lake House in Saratoga Springs, New York. This customer didn’t like the fired potatoes they ordered saying they were too thick. So Crum cut the potatoes as thin as he could and seasoned them with extra salt. The customer loved them. That customer is said to be Cornelius Vanderbilt.
