The one and only thing I think of as a gift that I hope to receive on Valentine’s Day are chocolate covered strawberries. My husband usually buys me Shari’s Berries. Oh my god, their chocolate covered strawberries are amazing! The strawberries they use are huge and they must soak them in something that makes them even sweeter. I really need to figure out how to make these, but it’s always nicer to receive them as a gift. My mom always likes to get flowers, I’ve never seen the fascination with that. Yeah, they look pretty but they die. At least you can sit down and nibble on some yummy chocolate covered strawberries.
