My goodness! I can’t tell you how many cookies and I have made over the last week preparing for Christmas. At least my kids are having a great time helping me in the kitchen. We went over a friends house over the weekend, and I was happy to say that they enjoyed the apple pie, anisette cookies, Christmas pizzelles, Christmas Sicilian vanilla cookies, and Christmas ricotta cookies.
